Known for his calm demeanor and sharp execution, Andrew is particularly trusted by developers navigating full-cycle launches — from unit mix and floor plan logic to identity, pricing, and positioning. He’s also carved out a niche in the townhouse space, guiding end-to-end restorations and bespoke resale strategies.
An NYC native whose family has lived in Brooklyn for generations, Andrew was born and raised in Ditmas Park and has lived throughout the boroughs. He now resides in Mill Basin with his wife and two children. Outside of real estate, he’s a lifelong home cook known for comfort food that looks as good as it tastes.
David Fernandez
